Home: A Place Of My Own Where I Belong

Anita O’Brien, a Melbourne mother of two sons writes about the journey her family has taken to ensure that her son, Warren, leads the life of a typical 30 year old – “one that saw him on the natural pathways of life, in valued roles that make sense for him.” Since this article was published, opportunities for Warren to participate within his community have continued to arise out of the decisions that the family has made.  Anita will expand on this continuing journey at a later date.
