Description:

Pave the Way invites you to participate in this Family Forum.  This event is designed to give people the opportunity to talk with each other about how to enable their family member with disability to live well now and in the future.

This Forum will best suit people who have have been engaged in planning for the future, who are working on clarifying their vision and/or have invited others into their life to assist them with planning either informally or through support circles and networks.

We welcome you to submit your registration for this event by completing the registration form attached to the workshop flyer and returning it to Pave the Way by post, fax or email.
