Our community’s can use the book in their own way to identify what type of support is needed to help keep them keep strong in their relationships, their family, community and culture.” For further information regarding the Our Way Planning resources contact FPDN at firstname.lastname@example.org FPDN is the national peak organisation of and for First Peoples with Disability www.fpdn.org.au Mamre exists so that all people are contributing to the richness of a diverse society and are respected and valued www.mamre.org.au.
